*Inputs to the blank boxes become visible on the PHP calendar page. All imputs are optional.
*The [class] variables are seldom used. They are included for ocassional entries & line abreviation.
*The [class] dropdowns determine the font selection of their adjacent text boxes. [reg] inputs routinely used verdana fonts which may be plain (vrg) or italic (vit). This input is written to the calendar's <class=''> tags & to the editing interfaces as vrg or vit. When a long entry may exceed the calendar's boundary, a [thin] font may be selected. Arial fonts are then input as (arg) or (ait). If the venue font color is distinct, the input would be (vcl) or (acl).
The underlining of venue entries is best handled on the calendar page or in the CSS file.
Available fonts are normally listed in a seperate CSS file where size & color changes can be made more easily.
*The default imput of the dropdown boxes can be changed by editing this page.

**The [col * add] boxes are wildcards which allow input to the spacer between event entries.
By default, they input to the bottom of their columns.
***The [col 2 add] box is used only for special entries, typically monthly divisions or brief "one liners". A selection from the [+space] dropdown must be made for a [col 2 add] to display properly. [+space] adds space to all 3 [col add] inputs so that a 1 or 2 line entry can span the 3 columns.

A selection from the [+space] dropdown with no [col*add] will add blank space.
A monthly divider can be made by this input:      [+space] = double     [banner]         August
A one line entry can be made by this input:         [+space] = double     [banner]      On Vacation
A two line entry can be made by this input:         [+space] = double     [banner]      On Vacation<br>& out of touch
